I have some leftover sauce and meatballs I thought I'd prepare for the family along with some fresh basil and oregano from my Aerogarden. I also set some boneless chicken breasts to marinating in a homemade marinade. Gotta love fresh herbs in wintertime. :D

I've substituted sunflower seeds. It's a reasonable compromise.

EDIT: Err...shelled, of course....

I'm not vegan, but lactose doesn't always agree with me, I'm afraid.
