Well my parents have a nice supply of:

Glenfidich
Famous Grouse
Bells

^Whiskeys

Smirnoff

^Vodka

Some specialist or uncommon beers, such as Kingfisher.

Grenadine.

Semi decent bottle of champers.

And next to that cabinet I have my two crates of lagers. Being the heathen I am. Oh, and some decently priced Aussie wine.

It's not a small one, nor an empty one. More precisely, most beers are in the fridge.

Gordon's Gin
Good stuff. Cheap, nice flavor.

Absinthe
What, unmarked? Absinthe ranges from bitter piss to great stuff.

Noilly Prat Vermouth
Not a fan of the omnipresent Martini&Rossi?

Also, where are beers and wines?

Normally have Plymouth Gin but the Gordon's was on special offer

The absinthe is La Fee Parisienne

Noilly Prat makes a better martini

I have a wine rack as well, but no beer in the house at the moment.

Not the good stuff... Very much so IMHO, not that it's really bad, but I don't find it to have any appreciable taste really.

Ever tried Libertine and Toulouse?

Noilly Prat makes a better martini
I'm partial to it too, but you kinda must have big-name London Dry Gin, Martini&Rossi vermouth, Smirnoff vodka, Jim Beam and Johnnie Walker, etc., if you ever have guests who aren't seasoned drinkers...

At least with wine and beer you have the freedom of choice, but that's pretty much it.

Devil's Springs (Vodka)
Brugal Añejo (Rum)

And I've got a nearly empty bottle of Crane Lake Sauvignon Blanc.

Yes, I'm deadly common. I know.

EDIT:
I'm not high class enough for a drinks cabinet. :(
My "Drinks cabinet" is the bottom part of my bookshelf. When I'm not drinking, I move a cardboard box full of last years text books in front of the bottles. Oh yeah, I'm classy as all fuck.

I have a proper well visible drinks cabinet (more precisely a cabinet+rack combo), but it's half-empty and mostly for the show. Has the stylish stuff on the chest and eye level shelves and the cheap stuff at the bottom of the rack (so that you grab the cheap stuff if you crawl to the cabinet).

What I don't show is is another sort of a drinks cabinet in a storeroom, which existence I don't announce, because people would get it wrong. Just /b/cause I have a year's supply of drinks doesn't make me a heavy drinker - it's all different, well, 1-5 bottles of each. Not really a collection, but I drink for the taste, I didn't buy that in the walmart, and hate to stick with one brand.

I also keep the best stuff in there, so that random friends don't drink it up for no reason. Yes, I am that cheap.

Harsh, I think I would ask them to move out.

I have to put up with it for 5 months, or move out myself, something I cannot financially manage. It gets better because they aren't allowed to work, because they can't leave more than 60 feet away; so guess who gets to support him? The rest of us!

And we can't even have booze, or my sword collection...

14-years old Stock 84 brandy

Kirsch (the real stuff)
couple of single-malt scotch (a 12 years and a 15 years)
Anis

as for wines:

3 Grand Vin de Bordeaux - Roc de Puisseguin Saint-Emilion 2003
1 Chianti Gineprone 2003
2 Inferno - Diaul della Valtellina Superiore 2003
1 Champagne de Reims Montaudon 2005
1 Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese 2008
1 Sauternes Barton & Guestier 2005
1 Edelzwicker d'Alsace - Famille Ohresser - Obernai 2007
1 Moscato dell'Oltrepò Pavese - La Versa 2007
1 Chianti dei Colli Senesi - Terre di Rubinoro 2006
1 Sauvignon Friulano - Forchir 2006
1 Aglianico del Vulture - Bali'Aggio - Venosa 2003
1 Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese - Cagnoni - 2006
1 Rosso del Castelletto - Terre di Franciacorta - Castelfaglia 2003

I really got to drink the Bonarda and the Edelzwicker before they get spoiled.
And yes, I do look for the 2003. It has been a great year for red wines here in Europe. One of the best years in the last 50.
