Yes, hands are incredibly romantic. In fact, I would not be with my current boyfriend if it were not for his hands. After the moment our hands touched and caressed each other's the rest is history.

I think the way you touch someone and the way they touch you is very important. It need not be explicitly sexual. Something as simple as placing your hand upon around someone's arm or even the way someone hands you change not only says a lot about you as a person, but also says a lot about how you feel about the other person.
