So, the story. A guy wants revenge on his ex. Guy sets up website to get revenge. Guy awaits for message to spread. Revenge acheived.

However this can be seen as a very undermining and pitiful way to go about it when he could just confront her or get over her eventually.

What say you NSG?!

If it's true, pathetic and mean. However, it's probably just cheap interweb porn + new viral marketing gimmick.

It's old as hell, and it's basically just an ordinary porn gimmick disguised as someone posting pictures of his ex. Like 99% of other pages or sites that claim it's pics and video posted by real people of their exes, it's total BS.

The "get people to click for pictures" version has been around for years, and different versions show different girls. Most of which look like average webcam pics, and maybe one out of ten (the last picture, naturally) will be even remotely close to naked. It's mostly just a scam to increase web traffic by tricking the gullible into getting friends to click.

Wouldn't surprise me if 'Ashley' is a paid model and this is just some lame attempt to get hold of a few email addresses, rather than a lame attempt at getting revenge.

Either way, it's just another form of chain email spam.

Could he be sued for harassment over this?

Well, assuming this was actually genuine... yes.
In the UK, he could be criminally prosecuted as well as sued.

She might also have a case against him for breach of copyright (maybe even breach of confidence). It would depend on the circumstances in which the pictures were taken.

Too close to being porn. This falls under forbidden links (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=8784641&postcount=3).

The link from the OP has been removed.
