Favourite Schnitzel Topping?

What is your favourite Schnitzel topping?

I would have to say I enjoy a nachos topping, having a nachos on top of a chicken schnitzel is simply tantalising.

I also like those that have something along the lines of salami and olives with cheese, usually referred to as Tuscany.

And of course having lived in South Australia for awhile I just can't go past the parmigiana topping (aka a parmi)

So what is yours?

Hehe, very nice.

I prefer my Schnitzel just with a hint of lemon, and as a side-dish green salad and fries.

Ahhh, Schnitzel. Basically how I get energy to my body when I'm in Central Europe. So I love it with a bit of lemon, parm or an egg fried on the top.

Also, Schnitzel is best when it is true veal Wienerschnitzel. Second best when it's chicken and third best (read least best) when it's pork.

The best Schnitzel is the Wienerschnitzel (which isn't a Schnitzel with Wienerwurst topping!).
Anyway, even better, the Milanese cutlet.

When saying Wiener I am assuming you mean Veal?

If so than yes indeed it is, and that is what I will usually get, if less hungry I will just get chicken.

Toppings for Schnitzel? Australia is weiiiird.

Here, Schnitzel comes either breaded (Wiener Schnitzel style) or unbreaded with different kinds of gravy (dark & with mushrooms = Jägerschnitzel; creamy = Rahmschnitzel; with bell pepper = Zigeunerschnitzel (un-PC, maybe it has another name these days or has disappeared from menus altogether, wouldn't be a big loss IMO).
Cannot think of a name

Some kind of mushroom sauce for the Schnitzel, if you were to order a Jägerschnitzel.

Yeah, ok now I am more confused?
A proper Wienerschnitzel is supposed to be of Veal. However, people/places try to pass off chicken or pork Wienerschnitzels as Wienerschnitzels. . . I hate that.
