After a bit of a hiatus, I've returned to NSG, and am frankly quite saddened by all the Serious Business that is going on here. Most of the jokes appear to be unintentional, and the spamming is practically non-existent.

Anyway, another forum I'm on has a thread where its members can post any and every happy thing that happens to them. And I think NSG desperately needs to focus a bit more on the positive and light hearted.

So, post updates about the good things in your life or in the world here.

LG brought Tacos to the Nano's Nostalgia thread, and they were DELICIOUS. The pesto fusion blew my mind.

My little sister had a son, who's very sweet & cute, which means I now have two cool nephews to corrupt. I mean act as a responsible role model. Yes, that's it.

Also, I watched Melbourne Victory beat Adelaide United 4-0 tonight, which means in two week's time we'll be hosting the grand final! I'll be buying my tickets for that on Monday. :)

I'm looking out over the feeding plateau in my garden, and there's about 10 sparrows, 2 finches, a great tit, a dunnock, a robin, a starling and a pair of blackbirds taking turns at munching away at the seeds, peanuts, bread and apple.

Yes, it's those little things that can make me happy. :)

I've had a bad stomach ache all morning. I think it is stomach cancer (Seriously - these are the thoughts which plague me. I know nothing about stomach cancer, it should be noted.) But I'm happy that I'm a hypochondriac and that in all likelihood, I'll survive the day.

There do appear to be varied tits, elegant tits, stripe-breasted tits (isn't that a pleonasm?), green-backed tits (yep, some people need greenbacks to get to see tits), ashy tits (for the severe necrophiles), dusky tits (always hard to see), marsh tits (you get swamped by them), and lots more flappy tits. :D

I have the house to myself today. The weather is in the 60's with a mild, warm wind coming from the west. I have a few cases of ammo, some new weapons, and tons of targets. I can spend all day working on my love of shooting, and putting the new weapons through their paces.
