A 16 year old high school that went to my school died on the weekend by being stranged by a rope while rideing his bike. the furnrel was on friday the 13th.:(

Riding with mates, Bike got stuck went home to get a rope, had the rope around his shoulders and the rope got caught in the bike's chain that he was riding to save his friends bike and killed himself.

Wouldn't it have been smarter and safer to tie the rope to, I don't know, his seat or his bike's frame rather than round his own person?
