The color of your eyes?

A rather straight-forward question.
Since there are all kinds of colors and mixes of them,
a poll would be useless.
My own eyes are green-grey with a few small veins of orange towards the pupil.
As an added sub-question, do you subscribe to any notion of there being something special about the color or any other trait of the eyes?
Some say that the eyes are a window into the soul,
if one believes in a soul that is.
My eyes are green. Like, really green. Really, REALLY green. Very f'ing green is the lesson to take from this I guess.
My eyes change color with my mood, green when I am in a good mood or when I'm drunk, they range from brown to hazel most of the time, and when I am very angry they turn a golden brown color.

Mine are also green, believe it or not, also with the veins of orange towards the pupil that Bouitazia mentioned. I've been told they're my best physical feature. :)

His eyes don't change color, your eyes just pick up the hue that corresponds to what he wears more.
I always find this most pronounced with people with green eyes (e.g. eyes that are generally a muted grey-green can look brilliantly green if combined with clothes of a similar brilliant green, or can look blue/aqua if combined with blue/aqua clothes) though it goes for blue eyes & hazel ones as well.
The only person I've ever met with brown eyes that also did that to a remarkable extent was a friend in school who had this one sweatshirt that was kind of a mustard-honey color and would make his brown eyes look awesomely golden-brown.

Maybe for that reason, I don't ascribe any special qualities resulting from eye color. While eyes may be the window of the soul, I believe that, just like an open mind, open windows are like a fortress with its doors unbarred and wide open. That is to say, not effective against zombie attacks.

Yep same here. typicaly hazel bu sometimes grey/blue, or a little green or bown.
My eyes are blah-colored. I tell people they're gray, though it says "blue" on my driver's license, but really they're just off-colored. Kind of like if you took all the possible eye pigment colors, mooshed them together, and then left the resulting moosh out in the sun to fade for a few months.
I don't believe the eyes are the window to the soul. Rather, eyes are a great way to pick up on cues to what somebody's thinking and feeling, and it's actually not the eyes but the muscle and skin surrounding the eyes. How the corner of the eyes wrinkles up, how open or closed the lids are, how the brows are sitting, etc. Watching people's eyes also lets you have a sense of where their attention is directed. All of this is very important for social primates like us. :D

Yes. A good friend of mine and his sister both have them. It is made that much freakier because both of them are pale-skinned redheads.
