How was that? Did I strike the right tone, or did that last sentence go a little too far?

I was wondering if it was result of her being registered originally as a him (or him as a her). Or perhaps the more complex question of whether members of the Equine community can vote.....

No, instead the entire thread right from the OP is devoted to insulting her appearence. If (which I very very much doubt) she used to be a man, I fail to see what possible relevance this has on her guilt/non-guilt in this case or upon the quality of her work. Did someone drop a laptop into your playpens? Grow the fuck up.

Okay, how about this, since I didn't make fun of her looks: I'm enjoying the fact that she's suffering and hope she gets jailed even if she's innocent. Because she's Ann Coulter, not because of her looks.

This is what Georgia requires and it's survived at least one court challenge...
Any valid state or federal government issued photo ID, including a FREE Voter ID Card issued by your county registrar's office or the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS)
A Georgia Driver's License, even if expired
Valid employee photo ID from any branch, department, agency, or entity of the U.S. Government, Georgia, or any county, municipality, board, authority or other entity of this state
Valid U.S. passport ID
Valid U.S. military photo ID
Valid tribal photo ID
Pretty damned liberal, meaning generous or ample, if you ask me.

It's arguable that Bush did more chimpish things than she did mannish things.
Yep, I created words.
Personally I see no more difference in calling her "mannish" than I do comparing bush to a chimp.
You should.
Seriously.
Here's a parallel to think about:
Some folks have compared Obama to a monkey. They insisted it's not racist to do that because hey, people compared Bush to a chimp, right?
Context is everything. There is a long and repulsive history of comparing black men and women to monkeys and apes. This is entrenched racism in a way that comparing a white man to a chimp simply is not.
Likewise, attacking a woman by going after her physical appearance is pretty much the oldest and most pathetic form of sexism around. It's one of the most disgraceful continuing traditions in our political discourse.
Mocking Coulter for being "mannish" is no different than mocking Obama for being a monkey. I don't believe for one instant that you are unable to grasp the cultural context in either case, I just think you're choosing to ignore it when you think it's warranted.

I just find it hilarious that someone who regularly decries "Liberals" as traitors to the country possibly can't abide by the rules and regulations established by the nation she supposedly champions and loves. It's another stark example of right wing hypocrisy.
And I'm quite willing to bet that at least half of the people screaming in defense of Coulter would be the exact same people dancing in the streets passing out candy if something this bad or worse were to happen to either Keith Olbermann or Al Franken.
Those of us who simply wish to see her life in shambles to the point of suicide mentioning nothing about her appearance are fine, though, right?

well, I think perhaps you assume a bit too much of the motives here. Call me an equal opportunity offender. No, my point is that adding an ID requirement doesn't do much to dissuade the determined fraudulent voter while at the same time adding an extra hoop that the legitimate voter must jump through. The non-ID-based systems of verification are, in practice, just as effective at combating voter fraud.
The best way to commit systematic, effective voter fraud is to pay off the election judges, and an ID requirement won't stop that from happening.

I think the current open-declaration-plus-signature-check stops the one-time fraudulent voter just fine.
To catch the crooked judges, I'd assign them to teams and precincts randomly and at the last minute -- say, 4 AM on election day -- so you couldn't count on a crooked team being at any one precinct. And I'd copy the Afghanis and Iraqis and have people ink their fingers after voting so you couldn't truck around a busload of fraudsters to different precincts.

Voter fraud is not a big issue. Its another one of those issues that has been blown out of proportion by the losers.
Voting is the most sacred right in our country, and adding hoops that voters have to jump through would only decrease our already laughable voting rate. I am willing to deal with a few instances of voter fraud for ease of voting for the rest of us honest civilians.

Well, with the signature check, Mr. Fraudulent Voter not only has to tell the election judge (and anyone within earshot) that he's, say, you, he has to forge your signature. Maybe the judge will slip and let him see the judge's copy of the signature upside down across the table, but even if he can see it, he'd have to be unusually talented to copy it.
It's not entirely cheatproof: if he somehow got a copy of your signature beforehand, he could practice it. But he could also have a fake ID made. Either way, he has to go to some effort to steal 1 lousy vote. I happen to think that it's extremely unlikely that enough people would go to this effort to make a difference.

I'd put her on the same level, appearance wise, as the current pope. The sort of face you'd use to scare kids with.
That aside, what's she doing voting to begin with? She's gone on record wanting women not to vote at all. Shouldn't she set an example and not vote? Sometimes I wonder why the hell she's still making money, and then I realize that doublethink is moneymaking level popular everywhere, especially when you get to support being and be a hypocritical ass, and it just depresses.

Oh sweet justice.
I hope they lock her up in jail forever. Or better yet if the aliens abducted her. :)

Our favorite possible transgender is at it again...

so anyone want to speculate if she did it.
Now that I think about it a little more, it was probably just an honest mistake. I mean people live so many places, how is one supposed to remember where to vote? Just like taxes, how can one be expected to remember all those arcane things like Medicare and SSI that need to be paid?
But the burning question that we really need answered is what to do about A-rod?

FYI--I opened your web reference--when I went to the "see complaint" section at the bottom, I found it was filed by "Boulcher" who is a "supporter" of the Conservative Party--
This is just another Ann Coulter "stunt" to get attention.
Also, when that section "see complaint" is opened, one gets about 25 internet explorer boxes. . . .
There is something is wrong with that site (to say the least).

I'd like to see that incorigible bitch go away for awhile, if only to spare the world from her obnoxious existence. And yes, I believe she is secretly, or at least has at one point been, a man. *vote*
Dennis Miller, I believe it was, has claimed to have had sex with her. I guess thats how he lost his penis, since everyone knows Ann Coulter's vagina has teeth. *nod*

Coulter is the poster child for stupidity on the right. Much like Obama (Soetero) on the left.
Obvious troll is obvious.
