I thought so, but only because the song came on the TV and I was like yeah I feel like a milkshake right now.

If you want to know how to make it I can give you the recipe but I would have to ask for monetary compensation.

McDonald's used to make a shamrock shake every year in march for St patty's day, dunno if they still do but that would be my all time fave. others are strawberry cheesecake and double chocolate malted

Lime milkshake? That sounds awful.

I love mint chip shakes. A nearby Burger King used to serve Dreyers ice cream and made good shakes with it. Only reason I ever went in BK.

My favorite flavor was when I was workin at McDonald's in High School and Id mix the Strawberry, Vanilla, and Choclate(although very light chocolate, it tends to take over, lol) and drink it in one shake, it was the shit....

I put gin in milk with some other things that I don't readily remember. Yogurt was in there somewhere.

Bailey's, chocolate ice cream and milk.... yum! also amaretto and milk. But wouldn't the alcohol make the yogurt curdle? chunky....

There's a place in Walker, CA called Walker Burger. ANY shake from there is the best damned milkshake in the world (And it really does bring everyone to their yard). My personal fav from there is their butterscotch fudge malts.

Before it closed, the Dilettante Cafe on Broadway in Seattle's Capitol Hill district made a dark chocolate Ephemere (effectively their version of ganache paste/syrup) and Bailey's shake. Orgasm in a glass.

Failing that, the lime shakes at Kidd Valley were the best. I can sometimes get Red Robin to make one if they're slow. They take their standard shake and use lime Torani syrup, but only half what they'd normally use. I then tell them to fill in the other half with Rose's lime juice. That way it isn't the too-sweet "Life Savers"-like lime, but a more tart version. YUM.

Mmmm! Milkshakes! Yum. Many people think that Aussies' national beverage is beer but the Germans and Czechs beat us in beer consumption. Aussies and Kiwis like to guzzle milkshakes by the gallon!

I've always had a soft spot for banana, vanilla and chocolate milkshakes but I seem to mainly order strawberry at fast food joints like MacDonald's or Hungry Jack's (Burger King).
Yes I do blush at admitting my guilt in visiting Maccas and Hungry Jacks - but I rarely do it anymore because that stuff made me fat, fat, fat.

But I visited NZ this summer and I tried out the legendary Kiwi shakes. They were great.

Back to Australia: If you go to Townsville (just north of it on the road to Cairns) go to Mr Frosty Mango and order from their wide variety of milkshakes that are made from Queensland fruit. I had a really cold, sweet Mango milkshake. It was so nice!
Afterwards we swam under a waterfall.

And I like Strawberry generally. Although, there was this one place that made a Chocolate and Peanut Butter milkshake...I can only compare it to having Jesus orgasm in one's mouth. You know how we've had threads on authentic British food and authentic American food. Maybe the Americans can take a small bow for milkshakes.

It certainly is something loved by anglo cultures but maybe no to other cultures' liking.
Australia, Britain, New Zealand, Canada and the US are very dairy-loving countries.
