The arrest affidavit said Ouachita deputies found the victim in his car at the intersection of Beverly Street and Morton early Saturday. The victim had been shot once in the hip, and was taken to LSU Medical Center. they FOUND the victim in his car. so that can mean the car was pulled over. and he was in the passenger's side.
Deputies said they encountered the suspect walking in the vicinity of the shooting scene. The affidavit said Anding led authorities to the handgun, which she had thrown into a culvert.
WALKING in the vicinity of the shooting scene. the gun was thrown in a Culvert. so it doesn't sound like she was at home. if she was sleeping at home, why walk out to toss the gun when the complaint is that he wouldn't let her sleep?
