A reservation for librarians
Why doesn't the US create a reservation for librarians?
An area of land could be put aside where librarians could live separated from society as numeric organizaers. They could enter voluntarily and would be free to organize things by an archaic system of numeric identifiers but in turn they would need to learn to communicate using only hushed whispers and hand gestures.
Would they survive or just end up killing each other over arguments about whether Neuroscience and Behavioral Psychology should be catagorized as 132 or 507?

Its Philosophy that applies to economics, and everything, on earth, forever.
It should be in the front window of the library, and in the special "Eminent Russian American Philosopher Ayn Rand Reading Room" which would be paid for by fee, not tax dollars.
As for librarians, they are emotionally unstable, and sometimes become very loud and violent when you foolishly print out 400 pages of the AmJur piece that you really probably could have cherry picked if you'd bothered to look at it.

Because they know it would fail, the anarcho-librarians know that libraries would never function without external government support through money gained form taxation, nobody cares enough to donate a sufficient amount!

They wouldn't be able to survive since they couldn't communicate verbally or indeed, using sound at all. "Silence is golden," after all. Ha! Let them try and use silence as a backing for their currency!
Either way we've definitely revealed a lot about how flawed the librarians and their philosophy is.
