The Obama lookalike doesn't look too much like Obama. There's some facial similarities, but the neck is way too thin. They need to feed him more if they want a full lookalike. :p

Too thin, the hair is straight, not curly (even shorn that's easy to see), the chin is way too weak/pointy, and the skin tone is a little orange.
It's a cheap knock-off with a decidedly Asian look, but with that qualification, he's not too bad.

There is, actually. Admittedly it was only one porn film, done by Hustler--and mostly as a poke in the eye--but it exists.
As for this look-a-like...eh...not that close. I've seen better. Not necessarily of Obama, but just better in general in terms of look a likes.
