I have some regrets, but all of them are either minor things or things that can be fixed.

EDIT: Poll results are currently 3/1/3/1/3. It's all-odd, it's a full house, and it's a palindrome too!

BUT I DID IT MYYYYYYYYY WAAAAAAAAYYY!

I take my regrets out with the trash every night and leave 'em at the curb. Actually, the only thing I really regret is not getting the chance to see Frank Sinatra live, I grew up listening to him, and he's still my go-to date music. That and Dean Martin

things haven't exactly gone badly I guess but I figure I would be happier if I had never bothered with the internet

also my mother told me she was getting treated for cystitis and was going in for an operation, she ended up not being able to go to work which meant I had to help her do her shopping and housework (with no sympathy naturally) I was constantly ribbing her for being lazy and generally showing up late because I had things I'd rather be doing...

I found out at about 3pm today after an auntie blurted it out that she actually had cancer and went in to have it removed after keeping it secret from me for months. I'm a fucking jerk.

In serious answer to the OP, I don't believe in regrets. We're the only species of animal in existence that tortures itself about the past, and we need to stop. Remember the past, learn from it, move on.

No...no real massive regrets. If I hadn't gone through all the things I've gone through, I wouldn't be where, and who I am today. I might not have met GoG. Sure, some things in life have been less than pleasant, and I've made mistakes, but I don't regret the path my life has taken. To the contrary. I rejoice in it.

This for me as well (though I've never met GoG, of course). I also find that, as time passes, the things I regret, I come to regret less and less, because in the long run, things seem to tend to work out for the best after all, even in ways one wouldn't expect.

I'm scoping out a Brownstone in Paradise City. With the property currently depressed, it's so easy to find good deals.

Getting a decent mortgage, however, is proving to be a bitch. The interest rates are too high. They used to be little, but the little won't do it, and the little gets more and more. I ain't got no money, but it goes to show that you can always hit up Mamakin for a down payment.

I have no regrets since the concept implies the belief that things would have been so much better if I'd made different choices, and I can't know how they would have turned out. They may well have been worse.

thats OK, if you had gone to the college you wanted you would be regretting the massive student loan debt you had racked up.

i dont regret anything....anything that i had no way of knowing was a bad idea at the time (like deciding to be there for my mother after her operation instead of before. she didnt live through it.) but i do wonder what other decisions would have resulted in.

i "regret" not being able to live through it again to see how going down different paths would have changed everything about my life.
