My father in law is left handed.

Right handed. My grandmother was a lefty when a child, and the nuns that taught her forced her to learn to write with her right hand. That's very harmful for a child. According to her, the nuns used to tell her that only evil children were lefties. That's horrible!

I'm left hand dominant but I can use my right for many everyday things, it's really useful as a surprising number of everyday household objects are intended for right handed use.

Horrible, yet also statistically true. If you plot levels of evilness on left and right-handed children on a graph, you'll find that on average a left-handed child is twenty-seven thousand times more evil than a right-handed child and sixty-two thousand times more likely to projectile vomit and have a head that spins 180 degrees. What chance is there that the religious instructors did wrong? Absolutely nun.

Ambidextrous leaning right. I was put in a study when I was a baby, where they moved a shiny object on a bar in front of me, to test how I would react to it. They were intrigued to find that I reached for it with the hand closest to it, instead of reaching with one hand exclusively, which had been the norm before I was tested.

I don't remember anything about it besides what my parents tell me, so I assume that I blacked out before the started to graft adamantite to my skeleton.

But, who says what's evil and what's not?

It can be easily measured using an evilometer. The evilometer has been around for many a year, but an unfortunate set of circumstances has meant its never really caught on, and is today only sold commercially by a small family company in San Marino. It was originally patented by Thomas Edison in 1889, but an angry George Westinghouse broke into the patents office and urinated all over a number of Edison's patents, causing the details to be lost. Edison then slipped on a banana skin, and fell head first into a lampost, causing him to suffer amnesia and forget entirely about the invention. While working in Germany, Albert Einstein came up with a similar device, but forgot to take it with him when he emigrated to the United States. The Nazis destroyed all the evilometers worried that someone might find out their shocking secret; that they weren't really very nice.

I'm curious. I write with my left hand, and I need to use my left for each and every task that requires manual dexterity. However, my right arm is significantly stronger than my left one. Also my right hand and wrist is significantly stronger than my right hand. For example, I can crack open nuts with my right hand, but I can't with my left. However, my right hand is stupidly clumsy to simple tasks as to throw a ball, or write.

What else can I say? Both my martial arts sensei and my music teachers were more than amused by that simple fact.

This is me sooo much. When I was a kid and I told people I was ambidextrous, they'd ask me what that meant, so I'd say I could use both hands the same. Down to the last one they all said, "What, you're equally bad??" What hilarious friends I had.
