Does the "Tourettes Guy" have Tourettes?

Does the "Tourettes Guy" actually have Tourettes? I tends to swear, A LOT! Either he has a really bad case of it or he is just faking it. If he is faking it, that's just terrible, but if he isn't I don't know what to think...

If there was a society that had no concept of swear words, would Tourette's still exist?

Most Tourette's sufferers don't shout obscenities, but say other things involuntarily (like repeating the last word that someone said).

I have no idea who he is. However, due to my irrational cynicism coupled with a new found love for the word "phony," I'm going to vote option #2. For posterity.

I hate "phony". I used to like it, but then after reading The Catcher in the Rye, it is such a horrible word.

I have a friend with Tourette's, he has facial tics, so like when he's nervous his face freaks out and he can't stop it. Otherwise it's barely noticeable once you get used to it.

Looks like an aggressive ass playing it up for his 15 minutes of fame.

He is faking I have seen him on a few videos and you can tell that he is struggling to come up with swear words.

Remember Tourettes requires the action to be "involuntary". When you watch Tourettes Guy he's obviously cursing because he's drunk and PISSED. Fake or real? Doesn't matter, still not tourettes behavior. Can be a good laugh nevertheless.

I don't think it's real... They are many more cases which appear more realistic which = lots of lulz.

I'm not looking him up on YouTube.

It's like this:

He has Tourettes Syndrome, and thinks his disability is funny.
He doesn't, and is making fun of people with a disability.

Case 1 I don't mind, it might be amusing and might give me insights into the condition
Case 2 would offend me so badly that Case 1 isn't worth it.
