Apparently, the people who've been buying add space on this forum have not researched the NSG demographic very well. An advert for this site (http://www.sodahead.com/question/183480/obama-wins-presidential-election-ready-to-kiss-your-paycheck-goodbye/?link=GCPA_ObamaTax_q183480_lb1&gclid=CNLJ2ZaX75YCFQJNagodKgaorw) has been popping up rather recently.
Besides it being completely and unapologetically false, it seems a like a big waste of money to be advertising their cause here on NSG.
Complete with bad HTML coding.

ROFL. They actually asked me to "pick McCain's VP" when I visited the ICU (International Communist Union's) forum site. I thought that was quite hilarious. :D
I just keep getting ads for the Green Card lottery...

What better way to add credibility to your site. It must mean that this is so urgent they didn't have time to code properly. :p

I very really pay attention to ads, and I have never seen this one.

I've seen tons of republican ads, but no democratic ones. Interesting. I actually made a thread on this a while ago.
Yeah, it doesn't seem like they've researched NSG's demographics very well. As one person on my thread said, though, it's fine with me that they're wasting their money.

So why is HABBO advertising when we are talking about false advertising?

Experienced chess players don't see bad moves anymore -- they just tune them out.

Oh yes. I saw that ad a few days ago here and in another forum I visit. It stroke me as odd. And it's even more odd to see it pop once in a while on NSG.
