Alabama 5th Congressional District:

Wayne Parker (R) has a commercial that has his opponent Parker Griffith (D) portraied as a terrorist, complete with 9-11 & terrorists bombings as a backround of a Griffith photo. All from a remark, taken out of context about religion.

Griffith is a cancer doctor that used to own some radio stations and a few other businesses. This is the ugliest campaign I've ever seen.

Perfect example of anti-Mark Udall commercials. Most revolve around this, though there are a few that accuse him of being in the pocket of "Big Labour" (Whatever the hell that is...) and wanting to take away voter privacy.

The only other really dirty commercials I can remember are the national ones against Obama. Otherwise, it's the typical Republican trash fare.

Hahaha. Big Labour. That's a new one on me. Sounds like a good name for a movie. Steven R. Schirripa & Vincent Pastorie are... "BIG LABOUR"

One of the local people had the gall to accept endoresments from both the conservative party and the democratic party. FOR SHAME!!! :mad:

...yeah, I'm in suburban NY. No close races of any size here. There are a few signs (mostly for local races), and that's about it.

Ok wait a minute. A major turn around and now Griffith is winning. Wheeeew!
