I know what your all thinking, particularly those who have it in for me. You all think this is another spam thread just because I was the one who posted it how very intuitive, logical, nonchalant and mature of you ;)

Anyhoo I was thinking. Which forum is funnier?

Though II has ridiculous satirical events popping up left and right, some RPs there are more part of Nationstates than NSG mainly since II's sole purpose is to allow players to be more creative and act outside the boundries the actual game itself limits players to. II allows people to exercise their creativity and improve their writing styles.

NSG however is supposed to be a place where Nationstates players can relax from all the in character stuff and hang out. Though many interesting topics have been discussed and debated here one can't help but to notice how many non-South Lizasauria threads have popped up that are entirely devoid of logic. For example threads that ask questions with obvious and plain answers. Some of the most ridiculous topics have been discussed here and amazingly I read them without replying. The plus side however is that NSG allows people to socialize, correct each other when another is wrong, though most of the time the majority tends to be mean spirited about it. NSG is a society where everyone polices each other or tries anyway, it is also one where people debate to find the truth.

Your thoughts?

And in my opinion, NSG is the funnier forum. I love both, but NSG is just flat-out funnier.

Unless you count some of the so-bad-it's-funny RPing in II.

NSG has history, and we all know history is funny.

I have a nation in II (same nation actually) but haven't been bothered to check out the forums. Or log in a second time and check on my nation in fact. I come to NSG more at of habit than anything else, it's just one of the links in my bookmarks a try and check daily. Lately though it hasn't been as funny as I've seen it in the past.

International Incidents used to be at least decent, but it fucking blows now.

Nationstates (the forum) was always better, but it's gone downhill as well.

Sort of about NSG. I often think it does suck, but there are some cool people on here amongst the others.

I do mean what I said about II though. It really fucking blows chunks.
