Not really. Sort of like beef-flavored chicken. Farmed ostriches run around a lot more than chickens do, so ostrich meat is a lot darker. It's tasty.

It's a bit stringy, but if you like corned beef, or if you grind it up like hamburger, it's pretty good.

According to the article to get in Guinness, and to promote healthy eating. Ostrich is very lean.
