Inspired by the debate in the neighboring thread, one is forced to conclude that virginity isn't a black and white proposition, neither is it a straight scale, nor a one-way road or a no-streetlights highway.

So, how many times have you lost your virginity? How many times do you think you can lose it?

And if you've lost a virginity and think it actually was a loss, how do you go about getting it back, and how many times have you done it? Or, maybe, you even know a way to end up with a net gain?

I lost my virginity twice.
I lost my sexual virginity at 17 to an older woman.
I lost my political virginity at 18 when the all-white South AfricanSpringbok rugby club arrived in Australia and I decided (along with thousands of other anti-apartheid activists) to protest against their tour at Melbourne's Olympic Park.
We certainly drew attention to the cause. There were pitched battles between the police and spectators. Scores of young people wqere arrested and the police were very violent. I was shocked. For me it was a cathartic event. I could no longer be a pacifist. I realised a truth - that the state, even a democratic state will be prepared to use force to subdue its own citizens.
Our actions that day was the beginning of the end of apartheid. The state also learned something from the Springbok demonstrations. It learnt that it couldn't just ignore determined protests and come out with platitudes like "Don't mix politics with sport". The major parties eventually adopted the position that all-white teams from a country that had a majority black population were unacceptable. Then the British Commonwealth banned racially selected teams - the Gleneagles Agreement.
This ultimately contributed to the ending of Apartheid in South Africa.
But I was never the same. That was 37 years ago.

I thought I'd lost mine once, but it turned out I'd only lent it to a friend and he'd forgotten to return it on time.

Ever since then I keep one or two extras around the house. Never know when they'll be needed.

I've lost my virginity countless times. I figure, each new sexual act you try has a 'first', and I tend to remember the person involved in that 'first'. So fingering...oral sex, fisting, barking like a dog etc etc etc. 'Virginity' each first time.

I never lost my virginity, as it was never delivered in the first place. I don't know how that happened, but I blame the Fedex guy.

My only specification was that LG doesn't know where he left it, as of now that is. How and what happened to it, well, I leave that up to speculation. :P
