She's been accused of it here before. Is there any good NON BLOGGY source for this information?

Is there a better source for the claims there?

The signs are there, but she might just be a bit simple. The latter is probably more likely.

Incidentally, given the US's performance at soccer, it stands to reason soccer moms aren't doing their job right. :p

An entierly unrelated link to a wiki is unlikely to do anything here...

Maybe this link (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dominionists) is a little bit more helpful when we're talking about miss Palin being a dominionist or not. Personally I think she comes close. Hell, she might be the evangelical equivalent of Ahmadinejad! Let's hope we won't find out if that statement holds any truth...

Dominions (and dominions 2 and dominions 3)are niche games; so no, Sarah Palin probably doesn't have a copy of any of them.

Whether or not she's a dominionist, there's definitely one thing she won't be now: a heartbeat away from the Presidency.

:D

Well, she wasn't a heartbeat away from the presidency so much as a lack of a heartbeat away from the presidency...

ugh you know that she could still be in for the line of presidency, because the last time i checked McCain was only 20 electoral votes away from Obama.

Now I know why she scared me. Just as bad as Muslim extremists in my mind. Doesn't surprize me if she is, I mean her whole idea of over turning Roe V. Wade is basically a moral religious factor. Don't get me wong, I don't believe in abortion by my faith and belief is that in order to have any sort of faith/religion you have to be given a choice to choose right/wrong or good/evil. Without that, then you start telling people how to live their lives by what you deem is right/wrong or good/evil and that borders on being fascist.

I really dislike the religious right, even though I consider myself a christian. I don't like anyone telling me how to believe or how to live through their beliefs.

You don't have to believe in abortion, Tygereyes. It's a civil right and a matter of choice. Those who are opposed against it and are strifing to make it illegal again usually do so out of fear. They fear the concept of individual freedom and equal rights.

I don't believe in it,yes. But..... I do believe in giving people the right to have it. That's one thing that scares me about Sarah Palin, she doesn't even believe in that. Takeing away people's rights is wrong. Period.

then you'll be happy to know that Obama now leads by ~160 electoral votes (http://electoral-vote.com/).

she probably has strong dominionist leanings but you will never know for sure unless she is elected vice-president.

Or ends up being President if MCcain is elected and then promptly kicks the bucket.

I specifically asked for NON-BLOG sources.

With a lack of real sources backing this up, it appears to be conspiracy theorising.

I am not sure if this article proves anything. It basically says that Palin tends to mix and blur the line between Church and State. So I think she does have Dominionist leanings, because she just happens to make tax payers pay for her religious meetings she attends. I'd be peeved off if my tax dollars went to fund her meetings with minsters and her religious functions. She needs to do that on her own damn dime.

Whether or not she's a dominionist, I don't know. But, I'm sick and tired of hearing about her. Let's just move the election up to this Tuesday and get it over with.

While both of those are showing her colors as a rightwing Christian, neither specifically shows shes a dominionist.
