Sea Fishing

So I'm off to the coats to jump in a boat and go fishing this weekend, the first time since I was 16.
I'm looking forward to it, but I recon there won't be many fish around.

Who enjoys a spot of sea fishing, have you noticed a decline in stock?

I tried it, my brother, my dad, and a brother in law of mine went sea fishing on this commercial fishing boat. We were packed with 100 other people, and the boat just kept rocking back and forth and side to side. I didn't really enjoy it. Mainly because it lasted for 4 fucking hours! God....three hours too long if you ask me.

I've been on the Blackhawk II (http://blackhawksportfishing.com/) and the Hellcat II (http://www.visitconnecticut.com/helcat.htm). The only time I caught anything was my first time on the Blackhawk II, though. I caught 3 bluefish, and one of my friends caught a striped bass (it wasn't 28" though, so it had to be thrown back).

I haven't fished in years though. Most of my friends don't have time for it anymore, and I hate fishing alone.

I've never been sea fishing (as I don't live near the sea) but I've fished on the Great Lakes numerous times, which I rather enjoy. Unfortunately, I haven't done any fishing in some time other than one attempt in 2004 to fish in the Euphrates using processed chicken rations as bait.
