I have always had trouble eating anything with a fully formed head. Specifically, trout and certain other kinds of fish are served with the head. I can't eat something that's watching me. I can't eat blood or anything with blood(sans meat) as a major ingredient. I don't think I could eat Haitian dirt cakes. No other existing forms of cuisine spring immediately to mind.

I am wary of any foods that is brightly coloured. Does that make me a food racist?:p

All of these except possibly "pet" meats. I don't think I'd feel too weird about eating dog or cat.

So, far, the only things that I just can't bring myself to try are dog/cat (I could never eat something I've had as a family member!) or really weird, squishy, jiggly internal organs (so far, tripe and brain).
I'm also with LG on the "food that's watching me" issue - that's just unsettling.

Out of your poll (not multi choice, for shame!) I'd eat everything but bugs. Insects and similar creepy crawlies are a total no-go, even if they're delicious and full of protein and whatnot.

I'm with you...I'm a surprisingly squimesh eater, it seems...
I'm also with LG on the "food that's watching me" issue - that's just unsettling.
I'm more concerned with food that can taste me back.

Probably no heads, raw meat, and not anything human. And for some reason, I have trouble with stuff that's green and not a vegetable.
