Yeah, when a candidate is a miserable human being who cheats on his wife while championing integrity and family values, and supported various socially authoritarian bills like the Defense of Marriage Act, yet is now claiming to be a libertarian, Id agree, they make a lot more sense.:rolleyes:

The party ideology I agree with but they have run some terrible candidates lately. normally Ex republicans who were very fundi.

McKinney was a Democrat up until she failed to get elected to the House of Representatives a second time, which seems to have made her slightly as angry and crazy as she's always been.

I have read the posts and as far as I am concerned I like some aspects of the old platform (ie isolationism some criminal rights things) but I still think they are a bunch of anarchists.* I do not trust Obama... he is a crook as far as I am concerned. I do not know how I am going to vote as I agree with the DNC party line but I can't stand Obama. I wish they picked Clinton or that Colin Powell would have run for president.

No one said that until 6 years ago. Until then she was just another black democrat, serving a majority black district.

So did Bob Barr. Looking at the fact that both Barr and McKinney are from the suburbs of Atlanta, our problem is obviously Georgia, not third parties.

Disclosure: I have lived in Cynthia McKinney's congressional district, I've voted for her, until 2001.

Well, as of right now Bob Barr isn't getting in. However, if the party gets enough vote, they may qualify for National Funding, and then will I start worrying about who my party selects to be the nominee.

I'm just playing the game.
