So maybe there have been threads about Casey Anthony before but now she's been dragged in front of the courts again, her daughter is still missing and her bail is now been resinded so she is back in jail.

Ok, here is a list of facts so people don't need to dig further.

- Casey Anthony's daughter Caley went missing in June but was not reported as missing until July.

- She has been suspected/convicted of many crimes including child neglect and fraud and is now a chief murder suspect in her daughter's case.

- Her $500,000 bail was posted by a bounty hunter (or if you prefer bail bondsman) who belives her daughter was kidnapped and claimed he would search for the missing daughter himself.

- Her lawyer proclaims her innocence.

- She has currently been arrested again on charges of fraud.


So its obvious that this woman is irresponsible and selfish as well as stupid but did she murder her own daughter and try to hide the fact? I think she did but what about you?

No actual corps, but a foul smell from the trunk of her car was confirmed by the Body Farm at Tenn. University as rotting human flesh and the FBI is running DNA tests on hair and what may be blood stains in the trunk of the car.

Also, the answer is not about fact, its about opinion.. do you think she is capable of murdering her own child or is she only being victimized by the system because of her previous brushes with the law? Is the true culprit still out there waiting to kill again or has little Caley been kidnapped.

oh i think its very possible that she is guilty. or at least complicit since she waited such a long time to report her child missing.

I think it's very possible that she did it. She lied to cops about the details, waited a month, and was seen out partying and enjoying herself (something I doubt anyone with a missing child could do)

She hasn't given them much too work with at all. I'm starting to think that she has anti-social personality disorder in an extreme fashion as I read more about it. (For some reason this has captured my interest) If that is the case she is fully capable of murdering her child, lying about it, and not feeling the least bit remorsful for the act... only remorseful for all the scrutiny and the possible punishments.

SHe has been offered partial immunity by the state if she tells them everything...

celebrity bounty hunter who helped orchestrate the release of Casey Anthony said the woman could be back behind bars within a matter of days.

Leonard Padilla said that he planned to begin the process of revoking Casey Anthony's $500,000 bail and it could be completed either late Thursday or Friday.

Hair samples found in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car are definitely that of her daughter, Caylee, and the hair samples do show signs of decomposition, Local 6 confirmed today.

preliminary air samples taken from the vehicle indicate the foul odor in the car was that of a dead body.

I will admit, it doesn't look good. but this is only one side. we don't know what defense she is putting up. so wether or not she did it remains for the courts.

Can we wait until all the evidence is in and presented to a jury to decide or would you rather just save some money for the state and hang her now? :rolleyes:

I said in my opinion she could have done it, I am leaving due process to the law and am not one of the people who send her threats. I am entitled to my opinion and I say she's one fucked up mother.
