As a big fan of hunting, with a large collection of bear arms in my shed, I would say that, yes, it is true that a man ought to have the right to bear arms.
In terms of guns and such, nah. Obviously, the US is never going to be gun-free, and nor is anywhere else, but I quite like the UK's laws on the issue. "No, unless you have a really pretty good reason".
