On August 5th retired grandfather David Hayes caught a North Carolina state record channel catfish in his backyard using his granddaughter's Barbie fishing pool, the fish weighed a whopping 21 pounds and was almost 3 feet long.

don't forget the amazing part... that fish was caught on a 6 LB test line!!!

Many doubtless now look at their cherished fancy-compound (fucking expensive) Uber Rods with the same glare usually used by a man towards his just caugh cheating wife.

I find this funny. I know one person that has such a hatred of the toy fishing rods heard this story, I think he would go into a rage.
