First Results of Detainees Challenging Their Detention

Apparently, Federal courts (the first judge so far) have held that the detainee in this case can't challenge anything until the military tribunal is completed.
The civilian court is apparently viewing the challenge in this case as an appeal - and you don't appeal until after the first court in question completes its business.
It also sounds like the civilian court isn't going to be very receptive, unless you have something that in the judge's opinion is glaringly wrong.
So, for the moment, so much for having the right to challenge in US civilian courts.

He was trying to challenge the military tribunal in civilian court. Are you unable to read today?
I'm saddened by your sudden illiteracy.

He so far was refused by ONE judge, that treats it as an APPEAL, UNTIL the military case is settled.
I'm saddened by yours.

Uhm, at making a point?
And is "fail" an anger mark? Thought it meant dismissal. Anger would be "fail, you f****** s** of a b****!", no? o_O

What Hotwife said/took from the IHT was perfectly accurate.
And is "fail" an anger mark? Thought it meant dismissal.
It's a particularly brisk dismissal, and combined with your use of ALLCAPS in your second post, I wonder why you feel so ticked off at someone summarising a report from a newspaper.
