Where are you from?

Freebourne

Was just wondering about the nationality of NSGers. My original guess was that over 50% are Americans, but come to think of it I'm probably exaggerating.

Edit: Ok poll ready:)

Note1: Ok, apparently I wasn't very accurate. So just put whatever you want:
Where were you born, or where do you live now or whatever:)

Note 2: People from non-US America vote for India( I think Columbus would agree on that),
and people from India vote for Rest of Asia. There, problem solved:)

I am aware that this may have already been pointed out, but you list the UK the US and Russia as separate countries yet have no individual option for those from North or South America you lump all of Oceania together even though many of these cultures are dissimilar, you also split Asia into four separate sections what's going on?

US and UK thought rightfully have a separate option.
Not really. Australia and Canada didn't receive their own options, despite being two other prominent nations of the English-speaking world. Quite frankly, wanting to find out the distribution of people from English-speaking countries is the only valid reason for the US and UK deserving a seperate option, and Canada and Australia have just as much justification (if not more, considering that Max Barry isn't from either the UK or the US).

I am actually from Canada, which is not on the list. It is the big pink blob on your map drooping down from the North Pole toward the USA. My family, although from Scotland and Ireland in our depths, is from Eastern Canada. Currently, though, I am living in Ottawa, Ontario. A "capital" city. 'Lots of cultural events and attractions, nice cycling trails, decent weather most of the time, a bit of multiculturalism, and a good urban transit system.
