Apparantly Fred Phelp's gang of inbred goons was in my town a few days ago and I didn't know about it. I should've gone and harrassed them. :(

Ignoring them is good too.

Why bother? It's clear that people like that are never going to listen to opposing views, and harassing them simply gives them the attention they crave.

I think it's an encouraging sign that it didn't attract enough attention that you'd notice them.

Kind of like the woman who came to my highschool one time. She had AIDS and wanted to talk to us about making plans to live our life. She goes, "So tell me! Tell me now! What do you want to do with your life!" it was too perfect. I couldn't resist...I yelled "I WANNA ROCK!" Oh the suspension, threatening of expulsion, and the yelling I recieved was so totally worth it. Even my Dad, when phoned about the incident, laughed hysterically and told them that he said that was the most brilliant thing he'd ever heard. :D

I personally love them. Every time someone tells me that Christianity makes people behave moral and love their neighbours I remind them of the Phelps...
