Looking through the Chinatown section is hilarious if you can read a little. Quite obviously a Hong Konger worked on the project because some of the signs only work in Cantonese. ie:

The barber shop in the RH corner is pronounced, "bal gai" in Cantonese. ie. bald guy hair saloon.

but i've always loved the humour in GTA games. IV is a little bit more dry than others, imo... and i still haven't finished it yet (and i can't get brucie to be my friend and give me his helicopter! :mad: )
