I watched Ironman (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_Man_%28film%29)a few hours ago and it was a great film, and as I'm on the internet after coming home what do I find out? The movie has a goddamn STINGER (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Post-credits_scene)! Now I've talked about this before (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=548225) and anyone who remembers that thread knows how much I hate it when movies do this. Anyways, can someone tell me what I missed?

My main complaint is that these kind of scenes are too often completely pointless.
I'm all for making people sit through the end credits though. Love that.

I liked the one in... Chamber of Secrets, where Lockheart is in a straitjacket on the cover of his newest book, Who Am I?. That made me giggle. And the Pirates one with the dog.
I'm all for making people sit through the end credits though. Love that.
You, too? I thought I was the only freak who enjoyed sitting through the credits!

When redwulf explained this to me, I did a mad dance of joy in the drivers seat of our minivan. Which mostly ended up being me beating my hands on the steering wheel, but it was still fun...
