The Wright Moment

Anyone can have one... just pick a long time friend and confidant, and have him say something (that he actually believes) that is totally outrageous and indefensible.

Say, like Mickey Kantor. Current advisor to Hillary 08.

He thinks that the people of Indiana are, in his words, "worthless white niggers".

Now Kantor denies saying it at all, but there's no missing it, nor the context.

Thats fucking epic.

What's funny is that Kantor now says, "you can't tell what I'm saying" in reference to the "******" line, but he's pretty clear when he says of the people in Indiana, "those people are shit".

Nice. That, and neither Carville nor Stephanopolous take him to task for it (or do anything except snicker).

The director of The War Room is saying it's doctored.

Edit: Hmm. Well, that was fun while it lasted.

If you'll remember, or find out if you're too young, Carville had his own moment when he said, "If you drag a hundred dollar bill through a trailer park, you never know what you'll find," referring to Paula Jones. He probably just didn't want to be reminded of it.
