Go on. Nostalgiaize. Anything.

Remember those sweet, warm New England summers? Remember sipping lemonade underneath a shady tree? Remember when you hit that pedestrian with your car at the crosswalk and then just drove away? Pepperidge Farm remembers, but Pepperidge farm ain't just gonna keep it to Pepperidge farms self free of charge. Maybe you go out and buy yourself some of these distinctive Malano cookies maybe this whole thing disappears

Ben: Elaine, you have children?

Elaine: Me? Oh no, but I'd love to have a baby, I mean, I can't wait to have a baby. I'm just dyin' to have a baby.

Ben: A beautiful woman like you should. You're quite breathtaking.

Elaine: Breathtaking? I'm breathtaking?

Carol: *looking at infant* And he's very particular. Ben, you're staying tonight, right?

Ben: Sure.

Carol: Oh, just look at him!

Ben: Yeah, he really is breathtaking.

*a while later...*

Elaine: Some ugly baby, huh?

Ben: What did you say?

Elaine: I said, uh, some snuggly baby.

Ben: He is something.

Elaine: Well, to tell you the truth, Dr. Feffa, I , I was surprised to hear you use a word like breathtaking to describe a baby, I mean, because you also used it referring to me.

Ben: Well, you know Elaine, sometimes you say things just to be nice.

I liked the evenings when a strong thunderstorm would play above our heads, you would sit out on the front veranda and watch the majesty and beauty of nature. Those were the days when you didn't have a care in the world.

I remember when lollies were 1c each, and when ABC used to show good shows after school not the crap they have on know (Roman Mysteries and Blue water high is good), any Aussies on here that grew up in the 90's what shows on ABC did you like?

I remember the fun I used to have down by the back of the school in the "forbidden zone" when we would sit and watch the clouds go by, discussing such things as the handball game we played at recess, and why we all hated Derek.

As for those discussing Friends, I used to like it of course I was much younger and even laughed at it. I watched a few episodes and I wonder how anybody could find it funny it is crap, I know people who watch it today and laugh their heads off, some people just don't have a sense of humour.

I could go on but it would take pages on this thread, and since I don't have a specific thing to look back on my head is just swimming with stories.

I long for the days when there were only 251 Pokemon... and I say 251 instead of 151 because the second generation was still good, maybe even a little better. Now it sucks, I can't even remember half the new Pokemon, and they make ones just for the sake of weird types. Fighting/Poison? Steel/Psychic? Seriously? Not to mention the starter(!) that evolves into Grass/Ground, or the (main!) legendary Dragon/Steel type Pokemon. Ugh.
But back to the subject at hand... Super Nintendo. Best. Games. EVER. SMW, SMW2, SMRPG, F-Zero, LoZ: ALttP... the list goes on. Ah... those were the days. Except Shaq Fu. Worst. Game. EVER.
And when my parents would hand me whatever I wanted on a silver platter... instead of now when they intentionally deprive me of things, (like a meal (I have to make a PBJ for myself if I want to eat), or a Wii) to 'foster' 'independence'. If this is independence, I think I'd prefer to stay dependent, thank you very much. [/jk]

And gas was a quarter a gallon and it was all leaded... Cars had big V-8s with Holley carbs and Edelbrock manifolds... Fuel injection and catalytic converters were a thing of the future...

Neighbors knew each other and actually socialized --- bridge parties were fun.

Kids got their first job delivering the newspaper or mowing lawns...

We got to disappear from home to go out and play. Parents didn't want to know where we were going, only that we'd be home by dinner. There just weren't that many bad things that could happen to a kid.

remember Pogs? and tamagotchis? and the big yo-yo craze? kids were really easily pleased when I was at school
Yea.. what the heck was with that? One day I go to school and people were playing with yo-yos all over the place. I could have sworn those things were around for decades but for some unknown reason everyone started using them. (though I never really did)
I remember those, and these (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mighty_Max_%28toyline%29)

I remember those.

I remember My Little Pony and those little skydancer thingies, they were awesome. I remember when my mum bought me their magazine I was so excited I nearly burst my corset.
