I've been noticing something and I'm curious as to what the cause for it can be. Sometimes, I'll click on a thread, and it opens instantly, other times, it takes forever and a day. I'm wondering if it's my ISP or possibly the forums server? Thoughts, idea's, and opinions are most definitely welcome.

Whenever Jolt time-warps one of your responses into the past, it has to compensate to time-warp one of your thread-openings a corresponding amount into the future.

The forums are powered by a small hamster in a wheel. When he goes for a nap, they slow down and stop.
