Luntatic goofballs thread has inspired me to create this thread with the idea: If you could make anything taste like anything, what would it be?

What's the point in that? First of all, chicken tastes boring. Secondly, uncommon meats are so difficult to obtain that it would be a terrible waste to make them taste like something as common as chicken.

I'd much prefer making chicken taste like uncommon meats. As an added bonus, I'd make it so that there would be no way of knowing which uncommon meat it tastes like beforehand. Is it a chihuahua chicken, African caterpillar chicken, or a king Ludwig XVI's heart chicken? It's a surprise, and every chicken is different!

Perhaps I could make cyanide taste like sugar...
