Lets see, if each regular poster of NSG was a "senator" and had one vote in this new government... we would elect... either LG or Kat, and then there would be a massive civil war following the contested election results.

That's just an opinion, by gaging the vehemence of thought in many of the threads.

LG as President would be totally awesome. Not only is he a clown, but he's also very intelligent, and would be a force to be reckoned with.

Me. I'd clean out the prison system by killing anyone that has raped, murdered, or molested children. They get five apeals total, if they fail four of 3of them, kill them. If they have been in jail but for any of them, kill them too unless they were later found innocent. Then I'd legalize weed, and let anyone out of prision for it. I'd also get rid of the state's rights and make a good, national education system. My next step would be get rid of gun control execpt for anything that is rocket powered or has a barrel diameter over 15.5mm(exculuding shotguns). My last step would be to create a forgien legion type thing and anyone that's here illegally would be forced into and made to serve for four years. The current party system would be eliminated. All parties would be on the ballots execpt for the commies and the Nazis. (I'd have them locked up for life.) Divide Iraq between Iran, the Kurds and Syria, and get our troops home.(keeping the oil regions for our selves until we can make the switch to electric cars). I'd nationalize the Healthcare system and the oil industry. I'd build more Nuclear power plants, supply clean, cheap, safe power.

That may be true, but we are often mistaken for a forum with a median age of 18.

I voted for all of the options, because I think a Council of Six would cancel out their faults while preserving most of their good qualities. Or, all of the votes would just end in stalemates, and they would be powerless to do anything. Either would work.

If I were in charge of the country, I'd start adding some fun stuff to youth after-school programs. Like paintball (for team-building, exercise, and fun), bowling (for team-building and fun), outdoors programs (for fun and knowledge), photography (for creativity and fun), and cow chip bingo (because everyone enjoys cow chip bingo :D).

I'd also have a big stick that I'd use against any politician that suggested feel-good legislation designed to do nothing except waste money and give the politicians a claim that they did something. I'd also use it on people that annoy me. :p

Then a lightning raid into Russia, seizing Moscow and it's major cities via a teleportation device.

I don't think AP would even want Russia, it's an embarrassment thing, seeing as 'communism' failed arse upward there, and in most other countries it was used in. No, I can see it already. LG is a force of nature to be reckoned with. He wins it all. But I agree, I´ve never seen him lose his cool so that´s a plus for a leader.
