Look at them closely. There's no tie. Do you think he pulls off the no-tie look well or is a fashion crime?

Herr K,
I'd go so far as to suggest that he is, in fact, Grimace. It is a frankly disturbing and shocking revelation to all, no doubt, knowing that Grimace is the leader of Iran, and only wearing a corset and some Iranian man's skin as his disguise, but there it is.
I shudder to imagine what may happen if the Hamburglar dares enter his sovereign territory...
I actually like the whole 'no tie with suit' look, it's casual yet at the same time formal, now that I think about it I think I'll go down town Tehran and buy one;)

I see no issue with it.
Grimace, on the other hand, should as least be wearing a shirt.

I read somewhere that the whole "no tie" thing in Iran is something to do with the rejection of Western culture after the Iranian revolution. Not sure how true that is, though. Probably on Wikipedia somewhere.

It works for him.
In fact, in a really odd way, he pulls off the look of that friendly uncle or father-figure that everyone loves.
But he's the crazy leader of Iran. It's kinda funny.
