Seen it, contributed to it, and like all ex-pats in Japan, finally gave up as the sheer amount of Engrish is just overwhelming.

Funny story: When my mother was a young child, she had a troll doll (thing with the huge hair). A Japanese man on the subway said to her "That is the ugliest doll I have ever seen." My grandmother responded "Yeah, but they're made in your country".
