I sincerely hope I'm not alone in first thinking of that absurd BBC program with Craig Charles when first reading the title. "Robot Wars" was hilarious; grown men engineering what amounted to remote control cars for boys who never grew up, and the house robots with names like "Sir Killalot" and "Sergeant Bash".
