Ha sorry, wanted to point out that the protests have been ongoing....the most recent ones were last Sat, I'll make an edit.

The other thread has actually been about those protests ever since they happened for the first time in February and on March 15th. So maybe this would best be merged with the other one?

(I'm not even active in my thread anymore but I think it would just be duplicating discussions.)

Wasn't suggesting ownership wytyg, just OPship, whatever that's worth :P

And fair enough.

Edit: Ha! I couldn't find it cuz it was in front of me?

I don't get it. <<

I even added the "I'm not even active there anymore" to make it clear I wasn't saying it's duplicating issues just because the other thread happened to be made by me.

Yeah I get it wytyg.

'wytyg's thread'. The thread you started. Doesn't mean I believe you own it or the topic, nor was I implying that you did, I just happened to remember you posting the OP.

Drink some damn coffee woman and let my poor, stunted example of a blonde moment die.

Okay, well, I get these odd moments where I'm looking for something specific...like my toaster. I'm thinking, "I need my toaster to toast this bread I hold in my hand. Hmmm. Toaster. I know I have one. On my counter. Plugged in. What does a toaster look like again? Where is it!? Did someone take it!? What happened to my toaster!"

And I look straight at it, bread in hand, and don't recognise that it is in fact a toaster.

Don't even get me started on putting things down and directly after forgetting both what the object was and where it was placed.

Yeah, I do that too, oftentimes with clothing articles. A very thoroughly enjoyed exercise of mine is to search my room with the goal in mind to find my red hoodie. I'll walk around the room, pick things up, turn things over, and eventually I'll pick up my red hoodie, look at the stuff beneath it, and wonder out loud where in the Elk's name my red hoodie is while idly knotting and de-knotting said hoodie's sleeves.

First: wench. I'm on to you.

Second: I blame part of my airheadness on my children. They so often interupt and distract me that I often find myself wondering what the hell I was talking to someone about (or doing) before they barged in with their lego crisis.
