It is now against the human right laws to send troops out badly equip, which is a good thing. The only problem i have with this is abuse of the law.It cost to much to have equipment for all condition. If war broke out in the artic it going to take time to get all the equipment together to fight there which may leave us at an tactical disadvantage while sending them out with sub-standard could get us the advantage we need as long as we get decent equipment as quick as possible

"He collapsed and was taken to the medical facilities but had a cardiac arrest and died of hypothermia."

In 50 degree weather. What a poorly written article. Nevertheless, huzzah for the ruling.

I think the worst thing about this case is the fact that the government tried to prevent coroners from criticising their actions - they actually tried to stop them saying things like 'serious failures'.

But defective equipment is inexcusable. Besides, they've been out there long enough now to get the right supplies.

I think we should just throw stupid little bald kids that think they are philosophers at the terrorists. That'd make them think twice about their terroristic ways.

SPORKS!

If there is in this world any proof that something can come from nothing, that a utensil can be made to exist simply because the majority of humanity wishes it to be, it is the Big Bang of the Imagination, the Alpha - yea and the Omega, the holiest of holies, the immaculate savior of knife drawers from the war friendly shores of America to the big breasted robot shores of Japan, what?, hello., yes; THE SPORK. Why do I always get broken sporks at Taco Bell?
