Now, for all my followers, this weeks recipe is Chocolate Brownies :

300g dark chocolate
200g butter
4 eggs
150g flour
Vanilla essence
200g sugar
150g chopped walnuts
2 ts baking soda

Melt the chocolate with the butter in a pot over hot water.
Beat the eggs until pale and frothy, then slowly add the sugar. Add the some vanilla essence, the flour and the baking soda, and pour in the melted chocolate and butter. Add the walnuts last, then pour mixture into a 30x20cm baking tin (either oiled before or lined with baking paper) and put into the oven at 200 centigrade for about 25-30 mins. Middle should still be sticky and very moist. Cool and cut into squares.
