The problem is that what is happening isnt clear to passerbyes. His sign also sucks and his purpose isnt clear. I know what a Rickroll is, and even given that, it seems like he is with these guys providing background music to support to thier protest not blatantly and obviousl objecting to it. I give it 1.5 stars.

I know what a rick roll is. I don't understand how a guy standing out on a corner with the asshats of the Westboro Baptist Church with that song blaring out of a boom box and a crappy sign is, well, much of anything let alone a rick roll.
