If you were a Sim, what would your aspiration type be?

If you were a Sim, what would your aspiration type be? I would be a Knowledge sim. :)

Family sims mostly want to have a family and do things related to their family. They want things like "get married", "have a baby", "teach *toddler's name* how to walk", etc. They have life goals like "Have 6 grandchildren" and "Become Captain Hero"
Fortune sims want things like "marry a rich sim", "make some money", "get promoted", etc. They have life goals like "Make 100,000 simoleons" and "Become a Business Tycoon"
Knowledge sims like learning things. They have wants like "go to class", "gain a skill point", and "be abducted by aliens". They have life goals like "Become a Mad Scientist" and "Max out all 7 skills".
Pleasure sims really like having fun. They have wants like "go on a date", "take a bubble bath", and "play chess" They have life goals like "Become a Celebrity Chef" and "Go on 50 1st dates".
Popularity sims like making friends. They have wants like "meet someone new", "become best friends with *sim's name*", and "have 5 best friends". They have life goals like "Become Mayor" and "Have 20 best friends".
Romance sims like falling in love and "woohoo"-ing. They have wants like "fall in love", "flirt with someone", and "woohoo with *sim's name*". They have life goals like "Become a Rock God" and "Have 20 simultaneous lovers".
Grilled Cheese sims basically just like grilled cheese sandwiches. They have wants like "eat a grilled cheese sandwich" and "serve grilled cheese sandwiches". Their life goal is to "eat 200 grilled cheese sandwiches".

Knowledge sims like learning things.
This one...
They have life goals like "Become a Mad Scientist".
For this reason...

I'm disappointed that there is no 'Adventure' Sim.

There is an Adventurer career track, though. It includes jobs like "Space Pirate", "International Sim of Mystery", "Multiregional Sim of Some Question", "Hostage Negotiator" and "Warhead Disarmer". :)

Yay! I have one sim right now who's an "International Sim of Mystery", and he wants to become a "Space Pirate".
Unfortunately, he has no idea that his wife is cheating on him.

Also, Knowledge sims seem to want to do things that other sims tend to fear. Things like "Become a Vampire", "Be Abducted by Aliens", or "See a Ghost."
Although, interestingly enough, if Sims really care about another Sim their fear is "*sim's name* dies", but if they really hate another Sim, their want is "See the ghost of *sim's name*" I think that's pretty funny...

Also, I've noticed that Romance sims seem to have oddly specific fears. Like "Be Rejected for Very First Woohoo with *Sim's Name* in a Photo Booth".

One thing I did enjoy in that game(other than realizing two women could get it on in a hot tub..sorry, couldn't help myself) was reading the descriptions for the items like refridgerators and things. Some were pretty witty.

I haven't played since sims 2 though

Like the "Little Sister" computer that is "guaranteed not to attempt autonomous world domination until 2015 or your money back!" :)

Also, now that they have a Law career track the Politics reward item seems useless. It's a podium that increases your charisma... the Law reward is a podium that increases your charisma AND gets you money.

Did he show up as best man at his best friend's wedding in a mud-covered tuxedo?

Unfortunately I only played up to the point where he was a child, because at that point I was playing it on my mom's school laptop during one of the breaks since I didn't have a computer that could handle the Sims 2 at home at that point. She needed to clear the games when she took it back to school. But now I have a computer that works with it, but the only Sim I've made of someone on NSG is Gravlen. He was an astronaut and is now a general.

Also, I have pics!

Gravlen-sim as a child (the one in the pirate outfit) playing chess with his brother.

Two teen Sims, Charles and Roxanne (Gravlen-sim's parents when they were younger; they're both family sims), on a date. Charles is bragging about how rich his family is (His dad is a Rock God and his mom is an Icon in show business).

Me, I'd be a family Sim, have a Daughter and a Son, and be a loving and loyal Husband and Father the rest of my life

Yea because people like Carl Sagan, an avowed daily pot smoker, happened to be known as one of the more brilliant people on the planet. He spoke about getting really stoned in the shower and writing complex equations on the fogged shower doors.

If i was a Sim my aspiration would be to break out of the Matrix.

Kind of ironic that intellectuals smoke pot and kill their brain cells while they use them

you'd think they would be smart enough to know that:p
