I also think that they reversed the thing for "happiest citizens." I say this only because last week or so when they did the same thing, USSKP was #2 in the region, and now is #10 out of 11. And it also says "A recent survey attempted to measure the average happiness of citizens in various nations. These results should be treated with caution, however, as results tend to fluctuate from day to day. "
