must be working. my sister believes he is a muslim, despite the fact that he isn't just because he went to a muslim school when he was a kid.:headbang:
aparently it is ok though because he isn't a "radical muslim". thankfully she doesn't use that as her excuse for why she is voting for mccain though I wish she wouldn't vote for the republican waffle.

BARACK OBAMA DID NOT GO TO A MUSLIM SCHOOL.

He went to a predominately Muslim secular school in Indonesia. That doesn't make it a Muslim school anymore than an American public school with a Christian majority is a Christian school.

The Republican Waffle?

Also, in case you weren't aware, in English we capitalize proper nouns, but I realize you must be new to the language, and it's good that you are trying!

No, the Obama is a Muslim thing has been dead for some time here, especially since Wright went into the spotlight.

according to the annoying old man next door, Obama went to the muslim school and also refuses to say the pledge or be sworn in on the Bible and his wife is anti-American and they are all racists and also Obama is in covert planning with the Hilda-beast (his word not mine) to change the country over to a woman run muslim liberal socialist communist nation where Christians will be locked up in concentration camps and experimented on.

true story.

I just nod and smile and try to keep my kids away from him.

The really sad thing is the number of people who continue to believe it even after the whole story about his former preacher came to the surface. The amount of doublethink involved in being a hard-line Bushevik can be startling at times.

There's thousands of people named Hussein, and they certainly aren't evil bastards.

The fact that having such a middle name is a negative in the US is really pathetic.

My father-in-law apparently believes the "won't say the pledge" stuff. Also, he forwarded us an email about how Obama is secretly a Muslim but pretends not to be. The proof of this was that his momma was an atheist and his daddy was Muslim, so he must be.

Also, he's a socialist.

There's always a small group who need to believe in some sort of conspiracy in order to feel superior to others who of course stupidly believe the "official" story. The Moon landing, JFK, 9/11, Obama, etc. etc. It's nothing new.

Empathize = relate to. Feel empathy for.
Emphasize = stress

And "every pundit" would be Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, Sean Hannity and Mark Levin, and Laura Inghram?

Fortunately, the people dumb enough to believe that he's a muslim are the same people who'll waste their voting on David Duke write-ins.

Many people at my church beleive that Obama is a muslim, and anti-american. I try to distance myself from those people and find the rational people at my church who don't believe everything they read on the front of the "National Enquirer"

I think there should be an IQ test outside of the ballot box, and if your result isn't over 110, you shouldn't be allowed to vote.:p

I support intellegence tests for voting, but Im still perfecting my prefered test.

The fact that this is assumed to be a bad thing just shows the sorry state that America is in. Public education should be held to the same level as private education, and should be taught that way too. I like Obama as well. However, it doesn't matter, I'm not American.

He's from the UK, although that merely reflects just as badly upon the education system here as well. The only worthwhile state schools are selective.

I don't like Obama, I don't like his politics, and I will not vote for him. That aside, I do not believe he is a Muslim although I do believe he may harbor racist attitudes. What the hell, a 20 year relationship with a black racist anti-American preacher...humm...anyone remember that non-racist guy by the name of Duke?

Also, what precisely did he say about America that wasn't true?

Have you watched the comments in context, or just seen the news clips?

You know, as someone with a US citizenship, I resent your statements on "American's" intelligence. I try not to have any pride or shame in the citizenship I was born with, but I know a lot of intelligent Americans who do not deserve that kind of steriotyping. I get this BS all the time in school here (Canada), and it infuriates me all the more because the same type of comments about almost any other minority group would probably result in severe disciplinary action. One does not choose their citizenship, and it no more affects one's nature than one's ethnic origins, or racial background. Calling all Americans stupid is like calling all Muslims terrorists, or all Irish people drunks. It's just not true.

If you're talking about DAVID Duke, Grand Wizard and founder of the Knights of the Ku Klux Clan, as well as founder of the National Association for the Advancement of White People, and nominated (during separate elections obviously) as a presidential candidate by both parties, and interestingly enough prominent poster on Storm Front (founded by his Ex-wife) . . .

I fail to see any comparison between him and Obama.
