I think there's a word for this

So, I know there's a word for when you mishear lyrics of a song. But I can't remember it at all. At least, I think there is one. Do any of you know what it is?

I was listening to "Alibis" by Tracy Lawrence (yeehaw old country), and I realized a few weeks ago I had been terribly wrong about the lyrics.

So many times she's been taken a fool/By those alibis/And lionize/And all the best lines/Lord knows she's heard 'em all

Yeah. Fifteen years after the song came out, I realize it's lyin' eyes. It made so much more sense after I figured that out. (Okay, the first time I heard this song was after it came out when I was little. I hadn't heard it but once in a blue moon until this past summer, when I ripped the Tracy Lawrence greatest hits CD my mom had lying around and it ended up on the iPod.)

Anyone else want to admit to embarrassing or amusing misheard lyrics?

Its called a 'Mondegreen'. I believe it comes from a misheard line of a poem; 'And Lady Mondegreen' instead of 'And laid him on the green'.
