I drive a 2000 Audi A6 and I picked up a 1999 Mercedes-Benz C230 for only $3000 so I "drive" that as well, although I'm looking to sell it. What about the NationStates community? What do you drive?

I'm drivin' a truck
Drivin' a big ol' truck
Pedal to the metal, hope I don't run out of luck
Rollin' down the highway until the break of dawn
Drivin' a truck with my high heels on
My diesel rig is northward bound
It's time to put that hammer down
Just watchin' as the miles go flyin' by
I'm ridin' twenty tons of steel
But it's sure hard to hold the wheel
While I'm waiting for my nails to dry
Oh, I always gotta check my lipstick in that rear view mirror
And my pink angora sweater fits so tight
I'm jammin' gears and haulin' freight
Well, I sure hope my seams are straight
Lord, don't let my mascara run tonight
Because I'm drivin' a truck
Drivin' a big ol' truck
Smokey's on my tail and my accelerator's stuck
Got these eighteen wheels-a-rollin' until the break of dawn
Drivin' a truck with my high heels on
Oh, I don't mind when my crotchless panties creep right up on me
And my nipple rings don't bother me too much
But when I hit those big speed bumps
My darling little rhinestone pumps
Keep slippin' off the mother-lovin' clutch
But still I'm drivin' a truck
Drivin' a big ol' truck
Headin' down the interstate, just tryin' to make a buck
Wearin' feather boas with sequins and chiffon
While I'm drivin' a truck with my high heels on
I'm drivin' a truck
Drivin' a truck
Got a load to carry and some eyebrows left to pluck
And I'm late for my appointment down at my hair salon
So I'll be drivin' a truck with my high heels on
:)
the keyboard of this computer, and several miniature railways.
i MIGHT someday get myself another vehicule, preferably a small van of some kind, long enough to lay down and streatch out full length in the back and go to sleep in, but i'm rather hesitant to do so, as they all sooner or later get to be a major pain in the back side either to maintain or even, in the part of the world where i live, to get rid of.
the inconvenience of not having one, has yet to exceed the hassle of doing so for me, living where i am, at the present time.
i would much prefer an adiquacy of public transportation sufficient to replace any need, use or bennifit of them entirely.

awww, but that second car dos look like an improvement if you want four people to fit in, however i recall some fun times fitting into a car slightly smaller than that (corsa something) with four other folks, it was interesting, as soon as the car got to 70MPH that was it, there's no breaking the speed limit in that thing, it started to shake if it got to 75MPH.:D

First car: '77 Ford LTD. That car rocked. More of a First On Race Day than Fix Or Repair Daily. I averaged about 16 MPG, but that car could go anywhere in any weather. Anyone who tells you a RWD can't drive in the snow and ice is full of it.
Current car: old base model Dodge Neon, good fuel economy, decent get-up-and-go. Only issue I've had is the peeling paint that's a problem on so many mid-90's cars. AC compressor's dead, but I have a shorter belt that bypasses the AC system. Fuel economy and performance bonus! I've hit 40 MPG, though my average is more like 33. Damn lead foot!

Of course that's just a stock photo, mine is tricked out with paint which renders the vehicle invisible and silenced mufflers with a sound absorbing interior to make the car impossible to hear.

I have a cherry red Mazda RX-8 with the pilot 1/2 reverse back doors black leather interior with heated seats moon roof and a kick ass Bose sound system.. drinks premium gas like a fraterniy guy drinks cheap beer and gets like 16 mpg but it runs on a rotary engine so gets almost 240 hp on a tiny 1.3L engine and the whole engine has like 3 moving parts so it in theory lasts forever. Its sooooooo fun to drive. I dont dare drive past 100mph anywhere around where i live cause there can always be a cop pretty much anywhere so ive yet to even test 6th gear. It red zones at 9-10k so its a real fast reving car and soooo fun to drive.

I have no idea what that is, but it sounds like some sexy thing you would find at a saloon in the Wild West.

At one point the region now known as the United States of America was hosted by the British. We can all see how that turned out.
